Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement merchandising standards to ensure attractive and consistent product displays across all showrooms.

  • Conduct regular showroom visits and audits to ensure compliance with merchandising and branding guidelines.

  • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and landlord relationships for all showroom locations.

  • Monitor and control utility services and expenses, ensuring timely payment and resolution of service-related issues.

  • Lead the end-to-end setup of new showrooms, including site preparation, fixture installation, branding, and operational readiness.

  • Coordinate showroom renovation, relocation, and closure activities while ensuring timely completion and asset recovery.

  • Liaise with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and landlords to ensure smooth showroom operations.

  • Prepare and maintain reports related to showroom status, lease agreements, utility expenses, and project progress.
