Responsibilities & Context:
Context: We are a reputed and growing sweater manufacturing factory producing high-quality knitwear for international markets. To support our expanding operations and maintain strong buyer relationships, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Manager, Merchandising to oversee day-to-day merchandising operations and ensure smooth execution from development to shipment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the merchandising operations for sweaters, ensuring proper coordination with buyers, planning, production, and other relevant departments.
Maintain and monitor TNA for all orders, ensuring activities are aligned with buyer requirements and internal timelines.
Review budgets, verify consumption, and assist in procurement planning to ensure cost efficiency.
Analyze customer requirements, prepare costing, and support price discussions as needed.
Oversee product development, sampling, approvals, and order follow-up to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
Monitor production progress closely and take proactive actions to prevent delays and ensure on-time shipment.
Guide, support, and motivate merchandising team members for improved performance and task ownership.
Work closely with the planning and production teams to maintain delivery targets and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure full compliance with buyer standards, technical requirements, and internal factory policies.
