Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Directly working with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements.
∎ To lead/guide the production Merchandising team
∎ End-to-end responsibility in the process of business development and order execution.
∎ Price negotiation and costing finalization with customers.
∎ Provide ongoing training, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
∎ Feedback follow-up on each season customer sign-offs with narrow-down styles.
∎ Sourcing fabrics/trims and innovation development follow-ups.
∎ Order placement & delivery confirmation.
∎ Capacity allocations and production follow-ups.
∎ Shipment process & customer communications.
∎ To monitor the team, daily production, and merchandising routine,
∎ Daily communication with buyers, teams, suppliers, and respective departments for any issues, follow-up, approval
∎ To handle buyers’ Merchandiser requirements.
