• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience in washing IE or garment washing operations

• Strong knowledge of washing processes, chemicals, and garment finishing techniques

• Proficiency in costing, data analysis, and Excel

• Ability to work with historical data and translate it into accurate cost projections

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Experience working with denim or woven washing processes

• Familiarity with ERP systems or costing software

• Knowledge of sustainability and cost-efficient washing techniques

1. Prepare detailed costings for all washing processes based on historical recipes and standard consumption data

2. Analyze past washing recipes to establish accurate benchmarks for chemicals, water, energy, and time

3. Develop and maintain a cost database for different wash types and garments

4. Collaborate with production, R&D, and washing teams to optimize processes and reduce costs

5. Monitor actual vs. estimated costs and highlight variances with corrective recommendations

6. Support sample development by providing quick and precise cost estimations

7. Ensure all costing aligns with company standards and buyer requirements

8. Continuously improve costing accuracy through data analysis and process refinement
