Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Planning, organizing & executing order of seasonal demand of the customer.
∎ Supervise the planning to Execute the rang plan applying the merchandising strategies and processes.
∎ 2. Check consumption, prepare required raw materials efficiently & sourcing according to range plan. Ensure this is done accurately by the team.
∎ 3. Negotiate with suppliers & manufacturers for price, quality, quantity and on time RM deliveries and ensure 100% commitments are met on the RM commitment for the production start.
∎ 4. Maintain strong supplier management regarding issuing work-order, handling conflict management and ensure smooth execution of the RM.
∎ 5. Ensuring on time payment to the suppliers and work with finance and commercial team to ensure the same.
∎ 6. Preparing 'Time & Action Plan' and work with relevant department regularly to ensure desired quantity and quality and deliveries will be on time.
∎ 7. Analyze & provide the right information of final products such as fabrication, size, color, style, wash & caring instruction and manage the SAP system with 100% accurate information. Team needs to be monitored and guided to ensure system disciplines.
∎ 8. Ensure 100% process and system adherence in order management.
∎ 9. Ensure left over is minimized and managed with proper actions steps.
