Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and allocation of sample room’s staff within the section
∎ Making daily Sample production plan coordinate with Planning team
∎ Monitoring daily production target for each sample operator
∎ Having technical knowledge of making sample garments in realistic and functional way
∎ To Analysis, realizes, control and deal with the sample related work, perform customer quality request with related departments along with China Sample Room
∎ Lead statistics and analysis of production ability, find out the effective way to promote production ability and reduce company cost
∎ Managing, instructing, and developing the sample development team
∎ Sample development follows up and to arrange Risk analysis /Pre-Production meeting
∎ To communicate with internal (China, UK) team and External customer’s
∎ Provide technical advice and support in pattern making, fitting and garment construction before sample delivery (perform sample inspection).
∎ Monitor and manage a sample room of sewing workers, garment technicians to ensure all samples are made under customers' requirements and meet the schedule.
∎ Communicating with buyer, merchandiser and production personnel.
∎ To monitor induvial garment technologist KPI and improvement plan
∎ Having flexible attitude to absorb in any changes as per business requirements
∎ Have to monitor and follow up all communication with cross functional team and customers
∎ He needs to ensure the sample pass rate percentage and continual upgradation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
