Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to generate more customer with clients to fill up production capacity.
∎ Function as the primary company subcontract interface to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Must involve all procedure related sweater production day to day activities with suppliers.
∎ Have to check quantity received and product quality.
∎ Must be generate invoice for each order work.
∎ Responsible for negotiating subcontracts, finding and coordinating with customer.
∎ Additionally have to research and evaluate supplies, including quality of products, distribution capabilities and product availability.
∎ Ensure sustainable measures by improving sales, market share, customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity
∎ Check all costing for price negotiation with customer and then attend price & sample review meetings with buyer.
∎ Ensure clear communication within Merchandiser team, Planning and Production team, Garment technologists to achieve sample development and production delivery on time.

∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in costing, consumption, sourcing customer in Sweater.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweater Factory
∎ Skill in e-mail, Software, MS Word, Excel and other computer applications.
∎ Should have strong communication and analytical skills.
∎ Applicants should be capable to work independently.
