Job Context:
∎ Baranda, Kashimpur, Konabari.
∎ Sound knowledge in GPRO and Barcode software get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordination with marketing and merchandising team for future orders, present order status & production costing and to discuss capacity status of the factory.
∎ Ensure quality production and on-time shipment as per plan.
∎ Analyze capacity with planning and capacity distribution after getting a plan from the planning department.
∎ Responsible for daily production & work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
∎ Coordinate all departments for smooth production.
∎ Monitor Production area which includes winding, knitting, trimming, mending, finishing, wash, packaging, and raw materials receipt activities.
∎ Support and cooperate fully with all stakeholders associated with operations for planning, procurement, logistics, quality, and maintenance to ensure customers' expectations are met.
∎ Allocation of Production Scheduler for production planning and product costing.
∎ Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
∎ Constantly improves the efficiencies and effectiveness of the operation with minimum capital investment.
∎ Establish & maintain communications with support functions.
∎ Manage budgets and forecasts.
∎ Monitoring plan VS actual production & take a necessary step.
∎ Provides all kinds of guidelines to all Managers /Officers & staff for ensuring daily production.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration over production and extra hour work.
∎ Ensure operations are conducted safely, reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures
∎ Must have got practical idea / experience about Industrial Engineering (IE) i.e. specially on SAM/ SMV based production.
∎ Capable of handling orders of any buyer independently.
∎ Should have good knowledge on SAM / SMV able to work with minimum value.
∎ Coordinate with supply chain and review material position to ensure on time shipment.
∎ Increase factory efficiency and productivity.
∎ Any other tasks assignment by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Quality Control/ Audit, Inspection, Floor/ Line Management, Health/ Safety & Fire, Planning, Quality Inspection, & Sample.
∎ Must have experience to work with major buyers.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Good command of quality control processes.
∎ Must have knowledge Quality Management system.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in GPRO and Barcode software get preference.
