Education:
    • Diploma in Textile Engineering
  1. B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing/ MBA in Merchandising from any recognized university with a good CGPA.

  1. Strong communication in English·
  2. Good Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, Word and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients
  3. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  4. Experience in using ERP software.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • It is maintaining continuous correspondence with buyers and buying houses.

  • Track the order from order quotation to shipment to ensure smooth operation.

  • Maintain Sample approval based on all kinds of woven tops & non-denim bottoms also.

  • They maintained concerned Suppliers & Buyers contact (internal/external) information.

  • Prepare & ensure booking items - raw materials (Fabric, Trims & Accessories) for the garments.

  • Maintain proper Supply Chain Management for production files with approval per production schedule.

  • Conduct Pre-production meetings before bulk production starts.

  • Responsible for Problem-solving for all kinds of merchandising issues in related stages.

  • IT proficiency - Advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook) ·

  • Should be proactive and dynamic, able to work hard efficiently·Ability to multi-task, remain organised, and meet deadlines.

  • Understand ethical behaviour and business practices and ensure that your behaviour and the behaviour of others are consistent with these standards and align with the values of the organization.

  • Select and visit different fabric/textile mills, production, printing, and washing factories and build long-term relationships for current and future orders

  • Must have the ability to source orders for garments from foreign buyers.

  • Be able to correspond with the Buyers and customers independently.

  • Should have Permanent buyer in hand to place the order in factory for round the year.

  • We work directly with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements.

  • End-to-end responsibility in the process of business development, and order execution.

  • Provide ongoing training, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.

  • Design packs/development sample process for relevant seasons/phases.

  • Feedback follow-up on each season’s customer sign-offs with narrow-down styles.

  • Sourcing fabrics/trims and innovation development follow-ups.Price negotiation and costing finalization with customers.

  • Order placement & delivery confirmation.Capacity allocations and production follow-ups.

  • Shipment process & customer communications.Any other related tasks assigned by the management.
