- Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Design, or related field.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in knit and woven merchandising.·
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and production processes.·
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and merchandising software.·
- Should have experience with ERP, buyer software and others software.·
- Should have experience to handling direct buyer & buying house and also supply chain sourcing.·
- Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Order Management & Coordination:
Follow up on orders from sampling to bulk production.
Coordinate with suppliers, production, and quality teams to ensure timelines are met.
Track shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
Product Development & Sampling:
Develop product specifications and tech packs for knit and woven garments.
Approve samples, trims, and fabrics in coordination with the design and production teams.
Conduct fit sessions and ensure compliance with buyer requirements.
Costing & Budget Management:
Prepare costing sheets and monitor production costs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure garments meet quality standards and buyer specifications.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspection and compliance checks.
Communication & Reporting:
Maintain effective communication with buyers and suppliers.
Prepare reports on order status, production progress, and any potential delays.
