• HSC

Apparel Merchandising/Garments Merchandising/Commercial course completed from a reputed university will get preference.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

• Age At least 18 years
• Only Male

• Should have product costing knowledge

• Should able to work under pressure.

• Capable to manage different Buyer`s requirement independently

• Strong oral and written communication skill in English.

• Experience to use ERP software.

• Self-motivated, confident and proactive.

• Good Computer knowledge in MS Office package (Especially Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience to work with H&M Buyer.

• Plan product ranges and stock plans in conjunction with buyers

• Make liaison with buyers, analysts, stores, suppliers and distributors

• Coordinate & communicate with other departments for various inter-department activities.

• Monitor activities from sampling, and development to the shipment stage.

• Forecast profits and sales using computer programs

• Optimize the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas

• Analyze every aspect of the best and worst sellers (for example, the best-selling price points, colours or styles)Gather information relating to the customer reaction to products

• Responsible for accompanying buyers on visits to manufacturers to appreciate production processes

• Meet with suppliers and manage the distribution of stock, possibly negotiating cost prices with suppliers identify production and supply difficulties and deal with them as and when they occur

• Manage, train, supervise and discipline staff

• Ensure workplace safety & compliance are met.

• Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned by the management
