Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Sourcing Manager will work with business stakeholders and will ensure that the sourcing activity is delivered effectively and contracts are reviewed and negotiated time to time.
∎ The sourcing manager must show his proven track record and ensure his sourcing buyer immediately.
∎ He/she must ensure in introducing new buyer/s with a certain level of order/s.
∎ The Sourcing Manager will work as commission-based contractual or part time employee in the company.
∎ Act as Business to Business (B2B) employee.
∎ To ensure the contracts remain in force, and are effective and kept up to date with market trends, price, customer service competitiveness and regulatory change.
∎ The manufacturing process is monitored from inception through to completion, and the Sourcing Manager will analyze the process to determine whether to use the supplier again or seek out higher quality or more cost-effective providers.
∎ He will Involve in the analysis of retail market, competitors to develop strategic sourcing strategy and business goal for the company.
∎ Reviewing the materials previously used and identifying areas for improvement in quality and design
∎ Researching the materials required and sourcing the best suppliers to deliver
∎ Negotiating cost and terms
∎ Analyzing product data to forecast volume of materials required
∎ Management of budgets
∎ Developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships
∎ Visiting the oversees factory in regular basis and maintain clear lines of communication

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion and apparel industry with proven track record as frontlines in handling buyers. Experience in introducing new buyers as Marketing Manager will be added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Remuneration will be commission Based. A certain Percentage will be given as per order after completion of the order as per contract. The terms will be mutually negotiable.
