∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assure the well maintenance practice of all the resources including direct resources like Generator, AC, Air Compressor, Sanitary napkin & baby diaper machine and other equipment for proper functioning.
∎ Plan & schedule for monthly maintenance.
∎ Plan and coordinate production engineering processes to produce high quality products.
∎ Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
∎ Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
∎ Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
∎ Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
∎ Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for safe operation activities.
∎ Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish maintenance goals.
∎ Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and machineries processes.
∎ Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
∎ Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
∎ Aid in budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitability.
∎ Assure the service and repair of all machines and equipment to have in perfect running condition ready for production at all time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Proven experience in the engineering field.
∎ Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
∎ Strong leadership abilities.
