Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for knitting & Dyeing production to execution from outsource/sub-contract factory with efficient planning and on time delivery.
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow by balancing the sewing production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ To coordinate with the merchandising, knitting, dyeing and garments production team about fabric booking, fabric required schedule and production plan.
∎ To make necessary Knitting & Dyeing production plan as per the shipment schedule provided by merchandising or production planning department Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
∎ Responsible for pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, and market research and brand strategy.
∎ Analyze knitting & Knit dyeing production data, production volume & coordination in material management.
∎ Execute production by maintaining all the parameters and ensure right quality including (Shrinkage, GSM, Twisting, etc.) as per buyer & company.
∎ Work with the other department for committed orders and monitor the production Critical Path regularly to ensure on time shipment.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
