∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Increase productivity by using proper method, bottleneck identification and monitoring
∎ Planning & Evaluation of production process, identifying the setback and recommending process improvement.
∎ Prepare monthly KPI report
∎ Garments operations breakdown and estimate standard time
∎ Working on line layout and line balancing intended to sustainable production efficiency
∎ Maintain day to day production quantity to assure everything is running smoothly
∎ Finalize the operation bulletins, line targets, line balancing build up, for new styles
∎ Train operators for particular operation as needed for specific steps
∎ Look for opportunities to implement work aids to reduce steps, time and cost

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable of handling European and USA based buyers of Woven (Jacket and Bottom) item. Applicant must have sound knowledge about product costing & pricing process/ procedure.
∎ Follow up with Team Leaders about production details as per order & to ensure timely shipment. Follow up orders with customers, factory and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
∎ Anticipate problems and contribute ideas to devise constructive solutions. Proactively build and maintain team spirit as well as improve teamwork. Resolve conflicts between customer and factory, e.g. delivery /production delay.

∎ Strong organizing, planning, directing and problem-solving skills.
∎ Meeting Business demands in terms of Cost / Delivery /Quality/ Speed.
∎ Controlling and coordinating activities along with the production team. Strong English written and oral communication skills
∎ Strong Analytical skills.
∎ Highly skilled in computer and mail communications.
∎ The ability to deliver under pressure.
