∎ Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, efficiency improvement techniques, and workforce management.
∎ Ability to analyze data and create insightful reports to drive efficiency improvements.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the GPRO system across all production lines.
∎ Ensure smooth functionality of RFID tracking systems and related hardware.
∎ Develop Operation Bulletins (OB) and Line Layouts in GPRO.
∎ Develop reports and graphical representations in GPRO.
∎ Analyze efficiency data, production targets, and labor allocation.
∎ Monitor real-time production status (Input, Output & WIP) and generate hourly, daily, and monthly reports.
∎ Identify bottlenecks in production and propose solutions using real-time GPRO data·
∎ Ensure minimum wastage, maximum productivity, and improved quality through GPRO insights.
