Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation with good academic track record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate production plan based on machine manpower; study the m/c layout to achieve optimum productivity.
∎ Plan review, analysis and propose best to achieve maximum.
∎ Ensure paper layout with 90% balancing basic category, 85% for Critical & 80% for Hard category is provided to sewing line
∎ Ensure each process capacity is 5% above the day target of each line
∎ Ensure Operator skill improvement: 30 operators each month
∎ Ensure SMV savings: 15000 minutes per month
∎ Ensure Critical operation operator training, NPT analysis and action plan for reduction
∎ Ensure Process improvement: 9 process each month & present to all
∎ Ensure bottle neck operation capacity is improved by 5% each day (three days)
∎ Change-over time reduction and short-cutting loss is minimized

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidates should have minimum 10 yrs. of experience in the quality department in Knit Garment Industry, out of which 3 yrs. in Manager or above position.
∎ Candidates should be able to establish quality parameters in the department
∎ He should have the knowledge to ensure quality on each manufacturing process of garments i.e., from cutting to packing.
∎ He should have strong personality & proven leadership skills
∎ The candidate should be sincere, self-motivated, dynamic & result oriented
∎ Candidates residing in the adjacent area of Gazipur are highly encouraged to apply
