∎ Skills Required: Garments Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Floor/ Line Management, Industrial & Production Engineering, Layouting, Lean Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing SMV database for all styles & SMV wise layout target.
∎ Ensuring production target of the lines as per production plan.
∎ Start new style after learning cap wise production target fix.
∎ Preparing daily operation bulletin and line layout with Optimum Line Balancing.
∎ Follows up time- study, capacity study, production study.
∎ Preparing weekly NPT report and ensuring possible NPT reduction.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Ensuring effective communication with planning department.
∎ Conduct time study and motion study and idle man, machine hours on daily basis.
∎ Line feeding with sewing technician and line supervisors.
∎ Analyze individual operator's skill level, Conduct skill assessment of new operators, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs an manage their career development.
∎ Continuously follow up bottle neck report.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the superior/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well capable of Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Leading and Controlling Capabilities.
∎ Leadership Skill.
∎ Ready to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Self-motivated, responsible and team player.
