∎ Master of Science (M.Sc),/ B.Sc in Textile Management/Production Engineering/Knitwear manufacturing from any reputed institution (reflective)
∎ Skills Required: Fabric Knitting & Dyeing Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing, Knitting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make Yarn Booking, Knitting Plan as per Fabric Booking.
∎ Fabric Production planning according to priority and shipment requirements.
∎ Co ordination with production & planning departments for day to day production
∎ Ensure fabric quality as buyers approved standard.
∎ Prepare Dyeing Plan as per Dispatch Plan and Lead Time from sub-contract dyeing house.
∎ Must have knowledge about different fabric knitting & finishing such as Cotton, Cotton/Spandex, Modal, Cotton/Modal, CVC Fabric, Viscose, Viscose/Spandex, Jaquard knitted etc.
∎ Must have proper knowledge on high quality Fleece Fabric Brushing, Combing, Shearing, Peaching etc.
∎ Good knowledge on fabrics design and has to be creative in collecting & developing different types of fabric.
∎ Work closely with Quality Assurance department to ensure the required standard of the production fabrics
∎ Reduce Re-work and wastage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years experience in same position, Fabric dyeing and Fabrics manufacturing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Knitting, Dyeing Factory.
Salary:
∎ 25000+ (Negotiable)
