∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Wet Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure plan-wise quality-full production.
∎ Reducing cost.
∎ Take care in RFT %.
∎ Recipe correction & formulation.
∎ Reducing utility consumption.
∎ Analyze rejection reports and find out the root causes for improvement.
∎ Identify & give the solution of fabric dyeing fault.
∎ Designing suitable process, recipe & modification of the existing process.
∎ Reduce environmental pollution.
∎ Responsible for overall floor activities
∎ Share production reports & maintenance downtime with the department head.
∎ Maximum utilization of resources by identifying process bottleneck.
∎ Ensure housekeeping.
∎ Compliance related activities.
∎ Any other work as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The expected incumbent has to act as an in-charge of the Processing Department of all units.
