Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA in HRM from a reputed university.
∎ MBA from IBA (DU) & PGDHRM from BIM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & supervise HR activities in compliance with company policy.
∎ Manage and enhance the organizations' policies, procedures, approaches, and action programs complying with local laws in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Supports current & future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
∎ Manage and supervise the performance management system.
∎ Supervise & carry out regular activities of Human Resources Department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
∎ Good command of Bangladesh Labor Law is mandatory.
∎ Minimum 12 years job experience in the mentioned area of which 2-3 years experience in similar position in reputed pharmaceutical organization is preferable.
∎ People-oriented and results-driven
∎ Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to architect strategy in a cost-effective way
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
∎ Knowledge of HR information systems and data analysis
