Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Honors or Masters degree in any discipline (Preferably major in HRM) with very good academic track record.
∎ PGD in HRM will be preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Grievance Handling, Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure recruitment and selection in the vacant positions as and where required within the stipulated time by sourcing on own initiative.
∎ To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and prepare / maintain proper report / documentation and take necessary action deemed to be appropriate.
∎ To appraise the staff's performance & mentors them to increase productivity.
∎ Provide necessary support to the factory Compliance team during Buyer / Certification Audit.
∎ Conduct or arrange formal & informal Training for the Employee/Worker about labor law, certification as well as buyer requirements.
∎ Monitor factory activities to detect breach of compliance and immediately take appropriate action.
∎ Assist to formulate various policies & procedures related to HR, Administration & Compliance of the company.
∎ Monitor and identify manpower requirements and skills mix and make appropriate recommendation to management for implementation
∎ Assist to review of organizational structures, job analysis, job descriptions/ specifications and job evaluation.
∎ Monitor HR, Administration & Compliance related tasks, such as Leave Management, replacement jobs and wage payments.
∎ Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures
∎ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
∎ Take initiative to motivate the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability of the factory.
∎ Liaison with regulatory bodies and stake-holders like; BGMEA, Labor Court, Govt. Agencies, Labor Organizations. Monitor & follow-up different licenses, court cases, and workers grievance related issues.
∎ Liaison with BGMEA and factories to update and provide necessary supports for Group insurance and collecting Insurance benefits.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of General HR & Administrative issues, Performance & Career Management, Compensation/ Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development etc.
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office package
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
∎ Experience in conducting various Buyer & Compliance related audit WRAP, BSCI and ACCORD
∎ Sound knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015
