∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Ensure KPI based performance appraisal.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Develop hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Provide coaching and support to improve employee performance.
∎ Develop and manage salary structures and benefits programs.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
∎ Support change management initiatives.
∎ Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, training effectiveness).
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
