Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and maintain local staff benefits and holiday policies in compliance with local labor law
∎ Ensure all recruitment, including candidate screening, reference checks, vetting, and request packages sent to HQ are in line with practices and are compliant with HQ policy
∎ Maintain local HR data in Personnel Master File in Business World
∎ Ensure annual performance appraisals are completed in line with HQ performance appraisal schedule
∎ Assist Management in the effective execution of administrative functions of the corporate and factory.
∎ Resolve employees grievances, and stress in a proactive manner
∎ Ensure logistic & administrative support to increase productivity.
∎ Ensuring a healthy workplace by maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
∎ Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
