Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in HRM from a reputed University/Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide the idea, order, and solution of problems arising in day-to-day operational work to the HR team.
∎ Ensure Recruitment, Orientation, and induction for new hires.
∎ Discuss with higher authority and management for taking decisions on various important issues when needed.
∎ All kinds of Interdepartmental coordination are relevant to HR tasks.
∎ Preparing monthly salary and over timesheet and sending it to accounts department for further action.
∎ To administer the Staff Performance Appraisal Review process for annual increment and confirmation.
∎ Job analysis to prepare Job Description, Terms of References, and orientation on overall engagement.
∎ Communicate with staff and handle matters such as allowances claim, salary payment, deductions, and adjustments, personal transfer, promotions, dismissal, discharge, and termination.
∎ Hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors.
∎ Update monthly action list schedule and also ERP software for employee's resignation, termination, absenteeism, and other disciplinary records as part of monthly compensation.
∎ Ensure distant service work environment when and where necessary to enable employees are performing as a business need.
∎ All kinds of tasks and responsibilities are assigned by higher authorities and management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in Food - Manufacturing, Processing industry.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of General HR, HR Operations, HR Policies & Practices.
∎ Must be able to work with (ERP) HRIS Software and Microsoft Office Tools.
