Factory HR Administration, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecast hr plan to adjust worker demand and supply per customer order
∎ Ensure job description is up to date for all positions
∎ Recruitment and selection according to skills required for position
∎ Aware of latest development regarding policy and practice.
∎ Ensure activities for leave, OT, Salary, HSE, ML, EGH and file management issues
∎ Keep recording CJL workforce database on drop out, new hire and exit interview issues
∎ Survey Training plan, record and evaluation activities.
∎ Verifying Performance Appraisal to get skills gap, under performer for future development
∎ Administering disciplinary action procedures (Labor Court).
∎ Calibrating competency dictionary scale according to need
∎ Succession planning, Retention planning .Skill inventory maint. for talent management
∎ Ensuring compliance and company policies
∎ Ensure safety meeting, first aid, group insurance, canteen management
