Educational Requirements:
∎ Min.Diploma/ Graduate in Designing.
∎ Leather technology institution degree will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Art & Sketch, Fashion Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ New Sample product analyses and developing/ development sheet.
∎ Sourcing for right material, machine tools, machine list/ Tools list.
∎ Allocator manpower for new products, and existing as well as process break down.
∎ New product work place and flow chart plan, process break down.
∎ New product quality system, QC point setting.
∎ Other product developing and improving as needed development sheet.
∎ Analyses defect product report from Japan or from customer, production sample comment answer/ Customer complain list.
∎ Product & process costing - system loss analysis consumption/ development sheet / costing sheet.
∎ Review operations and present with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
∎ Develop or implement production tracking, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports, to detect production problems.
∎ Set and monitor product standards with quality control team to ensure finished products are prescribed quality.
∎ Parts , tools / accessories , design, special technical projects..
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer & Design software knowledge will be an advantage.
