Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Machine,Generator,substation maintenance,servicing,repairing,electrical wearing check
∎ Set Machine Reliability (Delays) Targets
∎ Maintain the current machine downtime database to enable accurate recording of reliability data
∎ For Each machine category report on:
∎ Total delay time per month
∎ Total no. of delays per month
∎ Report these measures on a monthly basis
∎ Spares Management
∎ Decide (and source) the spares required to maximize machine reliability
∎ Develop a system to manage the spares inventory accurately
∎ Support the other team’s within operations to address day to day quality issues
∎ Contribute to building extension as required include
∎ Transformer requirement identify and mtce
∎ Electrical Distribution load calculation
∎ Section relocation support
∎ General Machine relocation
∎ Designated area for maintenance workshop keep clean and tidy
∎ Design and source (or build) the new equipment as project work for CJL
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer knowledge is must in MS word & Excel.
∎ Hard working mentality.
