Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM
∎ Master's in HRM or any other subject with PGDHRM.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration, HR and compliance, HR Policy
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversaw & implement compliance practice of the company.
∎ Ready to get factory all kinds of certificate, client & third-party audit & working with leading brand.
∎ Lead the factory for all kinds of audit like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Accord, Alliance, ISO 9001:2015, Technical audit & Environment Audit.
∎ Promotional internal audit in every month.
∎ Promoted health & safety.
∎ Directly monitoring fire drill & train subordinate & Accountable for fire related issues & coordinate outside firefighting training in favor of company.
∎ Improve housekeeping & to run cleaning system for beautiful environment if factory.
∎ Improve & Promotion in manpower planning.
∎ Directly monitoring recruitment & Selection.
∎ Oversaw Policy & procedure.
∎ Strengthened in people management experience.
∎ Positively thinking Organizational Development & Strategic decision.
∎ Ensure monthly salary, OT, Bonus & increment, allowance.
∎ Managed grievance handling for improve employee retention.
∎ Able to critical thinking & promote official cultural.
∎ Plan monthly training schedule & train employee as per TNA.
∎ Build a positive team for achieving organization goals.
∎ Conducting different types of training like PPE, Chemical handling, Grievance Procedure.
∎ Solves administration & HR support for service oriented.
∎ Ensure the all kind of Certification regarding HRM & Compliances.
