Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ MBA/ Masters in any discipline
∎ Post Graduate Diploma on Compliance Management or Diploma in Social Compliance will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Office Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of Buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015 in the factories.
∎ Ensure the factories are always prepared/ ready for assessment/ audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/ Quality Assurance Audit, Security System Audit, Fire safety assessment (Building and Electrical), Structural safety assessment, etc
∎ Communicates and coordinates various audit body (SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, ACCORD, ALLIANCE etc.) by providing supportive documents
∎ Ensure that Child Labors are not in practice.
∎ Accomplishes buyer's/ audit's corrective action plan and follow up regularly.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance ins
∎ Follow up all date, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ Liaise with all concern department in order to coordinate with Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/ Govt. and compliance visit and audit / assessment.
∎ Conducts regular internal audit to keep the premise compliant
∎ Ensures subordinates (provides instruction) are preparing various documents as per buyer's code of conduct.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Factory HR Administration, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor law 2006 & Labor Rules 2015, Accord and Alliance standard, Fire Prevention Act 2003, ILO conventions, different buyers Code of Conduct etc.

Salary: Negotiable
