Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline. MBA in HRM will be given preference.
∎ Post graduate Diploma in Human Resource management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare manpower budget, man power planning and recruitment accordingly.
∎ Design Compensation and Benefits package for the employees and bring it into the Breakeven Point.
∎ Supervise on payroll and compensation management.
∎ Disciplinary action and grievance handling as per organization policy and labour law.
∎ Prepare Policy and update it as per requirement.
∎ Prepare Organization Structure.
∎ Improve, maintain and introduce new regulation in terms of compliance with the Electrical safety, fire safety, Building safety etc.
∎ Face all types of compliance audit.
∎ Maintain and ensure all factories follow the buyer Code Of Conduct
∎ Maintain and Update company policy and Code of Conduct
∎ Dealing with Buyer and third party auditor on compliance issue.
∎ Dealing with foreign delegates for their Product and compliance concerns
∎ Maintaining liaison with concerned Govt. offices, Wash Association, Labour ministry, to get the update on time and ensure the factory gets updated information.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
