Key Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both operational (blue-collar) and administrative (white-collar) roles. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with department managers to meet production staffing needs.
2.On-boarding & Off-boarding: Facilitate the smooth on-boarding process for new hires, including contract signing, orientation training, and safety induction. Handle exit interviews and off-boarding procedures efficiently.
3.Attendance & Payroll Support: Monitor daily attendance, shift scheduling, overtime, and leave management for factory workers. Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
4.Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances. Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies. Promote a culture of safety and harmony within the workshop.
5.Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems (e.g., KPIs for staff, attendance/safety metrics for workers) and support training initiatives for skill development.
6HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (HRIS). Prepare monthly HR reports regarding headcount, turnover, and recruitment status.
Qualifications & Requirements
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or textile industry setting. Experience with blue-collar workforce management is highly desirable.
3.Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
4.Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required.
5.Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
