Job Highlights

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function at our Habiganj Factory and ensure smooth factory operations through timely recruitment and effective workforce management. The role will oversee employee onboarding, implementation of HR policies and SOPs, and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations. It will focus on managing employee relations, handling grievances, and counseling employees to improve discipline and performance. Additionally, the position will drive performance appraisal processes and analyze absenteeism and turnover to enhance workforce stability. Ensuring workplace safety, security, and regular reporting to management will also be key responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure on-time recruitment of workers, supervisors & officers at the Habiganj Factory for smooth factory HR operation.

  • Ensure Induction of all new employees/workers that helps adapt to a new environment.

  • Prepare and implement all HR policies and SOPs in the plant & production floor to stay safe, more productive and compliant.

  • Establish standard grievance procedure to address and resolve interpersonal conflicts.

  • Counsel workers for discipline, absenteeism, and unsatisfactory performance.

  • Ensure safety and security of the people and resources at the plant and evaluate for improvement.

  • Ensuring of timely performance appraisal process.

  • Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them.

  • Need to look after the labor issues in line with existing labor law and other government regulations.

  • Submitting of regular and periodic Factory HR related reports to Management.
