Job Highlights

We are seeking a dedicated Depot In-Charge to manage daily depot operations, inventory accuracy, and the timely delivery of products to our /distributors/dealers. Depot In-Charge will be responsible for monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages, supervising staff, and finding ways to reduce distribution costs. By maintaining clear communication with sales teams & distributors/dealers and will play a key role in meeting our delivery targets and keeping the depot running efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan according to production and ensure delivery (as per DO) timely

• Ensure available stock at depots to fulfill the orders

• Analyze physical stock, shortage/excess stock of depot and inform about corrective actions.

• Resolve complaints from distributors/dealers and sales and maintain close communication with them

• Continuous monitoring of depot operations with the ultimate goal of minimizing distribution costs

• Monitor the status of undelivered DOs, slow and non-moving items and seek advice from head office

• Prepare daily reports on sales, stock arrivals and dispatches and ensure that all gate passes and invoices are processed accurately and on time

• Take steps to avoid product damage or shortages

• Supervise all distribution staff and organize daily/weekly meetings with them

• Take initiatives regarding depot development and perform any other tasks assigned by management.
