Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management from a reputed public/private university.
∎ PGD in Human Resource Management will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update and implement HR & Admin policy and procedure regularly.
∎ Responsible for recruiting and selecting employee for the company also responsible for positon wise Job description Preparing.
∎ Maintain employee’s daily attendance and prepare monthly salary & other pay related to HR & Admin.
∎ Conduct training needs assessment, identify and coordinate with both internal and external trainers for various training programs.
∎ Developing and updating management structure, compensation and benefits structures.
∎ Preparing different reports on staff hiring, training, salary review, promotion, increment etc.
∎ Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for Senior Management.
∎ Maintain liaison with different government authorities for updating official documents.
∎ Developing and implementing office orders, reports, notes, notices, circulars, e-mails, letters, policies, meeting minutes and any other issues finalizing and circulating as per instruction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management Working knowledge in ERP system and advanced proficiency in MS office (specifically Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint).
