Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters from any reputed university in HRM//Management/Public Administration or other similar degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee overall factory management and create a healthy and comfortable work environment within the organization.
∎ Utilize staff competencies in a professional manner to ensure maximum output.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of office and factory premises and address safety and security issues.
∎ Initiating and executing administrative cost reducing approach.
∎ To ensure that security personnel, equipment and operations of factory is effective enough to protect physical assets of the company.
∎ To identify potential threats and ensure security of factory during long holidays, natural disasters, political unrest etc. and monitor and guide security personnel.
∎ Manage overall factory payroll and implement necessary logistics support.
∎ Analyze various production matrices, such as production capacity, actual production, and gap analysis, and take corrective actions as needed.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with the head office and ensure productivity through proper training and guidelines.
∎ Establish and maintain good relationships with local bodies, government agencies, and regulatory authorities.
∎ Arrange visa, tickets, corporate contract, hotel booking, fleet management etc.
∎ Developing and executing administrative policies in the factory.
∎ Manage and address audits, including Kolkarkhana, Fire, Environment, BIDA, etc.
∎ Handle employee queries related to HR and administrative issues.
∎ Coordinate and oversee factory operations from production to delivery.
∎ Leading the day-to-day administrative functions of factory administration by delegating tasks and responsibilities to administrative staffs;
∎ Collaborate with the management team and undertake any other tasks assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 Years' experience in similar industry.
∎ Candidates with administrative experience in the Synthetic Textiles/Textiles factory environment are highly encouraged to apply.
