Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting/ Management/ Finance from any reputed institutions.
∎ CA (CC) is mandatory.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
∎ Assist in preparing of audit planning, organizing and carrying out the internal audit function.
∎ Pre-Audit of all petty bill and Project expenses on regular basis.
∎ Review and follow - up the Internal Audit Schedule as set by supervisor
∎ Evaluate, examine policies, procedures and systems.
∎ Check bill, vouchers, registers and all other related documents to ensure proper record keeping.
∎ Conduct physical inventory of the goods with the stock report as per management instruction & prepare the inventory report and submit to the Head of the Department
∎ Check MRR, Stock Ledger, Gate pass, Challan, Petty cash of project, Materials incoming & outgoing records to prepare report and submit to head of department
∎ Checking weekly, monthly wages sheet, salary sheet, attendance sheet etc.
∎ Any other special task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 Years' experience in similar industry.
∎ Depth knowledge about VAT, TAX and Customs duty.
∎ Candidates with audit experience in the Synthetic Textiles/Textiles factory environment are highly encouraged to apply.
