Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the establishment of the rules and regulations of the office;
∎ Responsible for the personnel and administrative of the office, including recruitment, training and performance assessment;
∎ Assist the head of the office in the management of employees;
∎ Maintain the public relationship with the local government and relevant departments;
∎ Responsible for the reporting of various expenses of the office;
∎ Responsible for daily/weekly meeting minutes and report work to the office leaders timely;
∎ In charge of other work assigned by the heads of other offices or the leaders of the headquarters.
∎ Responsible for the payroll & administration
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least four years of relevant work experience, personnel and administrative work experience in the IT industry is preferred;
∎ Familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of the local;
∎ Proficient in English as work language;
∎ Better communication ability and strong sense of responsibility.
