Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGDHRM will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Communication and Peoples skill Leadership Skill Good Understanding o, Communications skills (both written and oral in English), Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Office Management, Training & Development
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Human Resources & Development, Public Relations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding, Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning HR and administration activities
∎ Overseeing recruitment
∎ Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures
∎ Running employee relations programs
∎ Overseeing the office management function
∎ Leading the HR department
∎ Ensure all the Licenses, Contracts, and other papers for the factory.
∎ Coordinate with all governments office for the betterment of administrative support for the company.
∎ Ensure compliance with the local government regulations.
∎ Build and maintain effective relationships with key external government officials and stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 Year Experience in a similar position.
∎ 5 years of same position working experience in the Feed Industry (Foreign enterprise working experience in priority);
∎ Should have professional HR skills;
∎ Well-familiar with the Bangladesh Labor act;
∎ Strong public relationships ability.
∎ Should be fluent in English.
∎ Knowing the Chinese language will get priority.
∎ Experience in handling visas, work permits, and security clearance of foreign employees.
∎ Experience in company-relevant Licenses and govt. approvals, and help regarding legal factory operations.
∎ Experience managing relationships with local people, Journalists, and government administrations.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Arrange Training and development programs for employees.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Insurance
