∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all HR, Administrative & Compliance issues of the factory as per labor law.
∎ Maintain all compliances and Gap analysis of license.
∎ Ensure all license & Permit in due time for smooth operation of the factory.
∎ Maintain good relation with all regulators.
∎ Maintain good relation with local communities.
∎ Maintain good working environment in the factory.
∎ Play active role in Conflict Management.
∎ Ensure all factory end recruitments asper Company policy.
∎ Follow up attendance & Leave Management.
∎ Capable to handle Disciplinary & Grievance issues as per law.
∎ Prepare Training Calendar for the employee asper training need assessment.
∎ Ensure proper safety & security in the factory.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 2 Years experience in similar position.
