∎ Practical experience in food and beverage industries.
∎ Should have clear knowledge on fast food, Chinese, Italian & multi cuisine.

∎ Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities.
∎ Problem-solving: Ability to address workplace issues, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job postings: Writing and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
∎ Talent acquisition: Sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
∎ Onboarding: Facilitating the hiring process, including document collection, orientation, and training for new employees.
∎ Employee retention: Implementing strategies to keep employees satisfied, motivated, and engaged.
∎ Conflict resolution: Addressing employee grievances and disputes.
∎ Employee engagement: Ensuring employees are motivated and feel connected to the organization.
∎ Counseling: Offering advice or support to employees on personal and work-related issues.
