Job Context

  • We are looking for a Senior Executive - HR & Admin to lead our people and operations strategy. The role involves driving recruitment, engagement, compliance, and administrative excellence across all outlets - ensuring a motivated, high-performing team that reflects Helium`s energetic and customer-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.

  • Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Drive employee engagement, training, and retention programs to strengthen company culture.

  • Oversee administrative operations - logistics, office supplies, vendor management, and maintenance.

  • Ensure labor law compliance, safety, and hygiene standards across all outlets.

  • Support management in workforce planning, audits, and organizational development.

  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and fairness in all HR and administrative activities.
