Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the daily operations of all Helium outlets and ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Set and maintain high standards for food quality, hygiene, service, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Supervise and coordinate with outlet managers, chefs, and service teams.
∎ Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and ensure cost control.
∎ Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
∎ Analyze operational data to make informed decisions and improve performance.
∎ Plan and implement training and development programs for outlet teams.
∎ Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism.
∎ Report to top management with regular performance updates and operational insights.
∎ Play an active role in the opening of new outlets and implementing brand standards.
∎ Set sales targets and create financial plans with clear budgeting.
∎ Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to align Helium’s operations with international standards.
∎ Help increase outlet profit by reducing unnecessary costs and improving team performance and sales.
∎ Manage of cost of goods sold (COGS) & check all petty cash expenses.
∎ Follow-up Daily, Weekly, Monthly Projected Sales vs. Actual Sales.
∎ Ensure proper supply chain management and look after outlet security issues.
∎ Regularly observe market competitors, review customer complaints, and stay updated with government rules to guide management decisions.
∎ Support the recruitment of outlet staff and ensure smooth co-ordination with the HR department throughout the hiring process.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
