Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context: PROTIK GROUP is a leading group engaged in International Trading, Real Estate Business & Export Oriented Ceramic Industry is looking for hard working candidate for its Labour Oriented Factory of PROTIK FINE CERAMICS LTD. (PFCL).
∎ Job Description / Responsibility
∎ Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law - 2006, legal & HR issues etc.
∎ Counseling and motivation to factory workers
∎ To ensure the different reports on HR management, i.e. attendance, absenteeism, late attendance, turnover, training & development, man-hour, overtime, disciplinary status, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit and other report as desired by the management.
∎ Monitor PABX activities, canteen management, Arrangement of logistics, Renewal of all license on time, Firefighting & rescue etc.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization with the overall business strategy.
∎ Responsible for planning labor requirement at different level of production process.
∎ Responsible to maintain proper labor health and safety compliance.
∎ Ensure worker discipline, performance, payroll, personnel file etc.
∎ Analyze the staff/worker vacancy status and initiate for recruitment to fulfill the vacancy.
∎ Responsible for making succession plan for the key position.
∎ Responsible for managing company’s security duty roster and ensure optimum utilization.
∎ Responsible to keep close relationship with the association and Union and attend the meeting/conference when require.
∎ Responsible for ensuring all the requirement related to BIDA, foreign employees visa, work permit, other employee’s visa, air ticket etc.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
∎ Identify and implement cost-effective HR practices.
∎ Job Location: Dautia, Kalampur, Dhamrai, Dhaka.
