Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to undertake HR, Admin and Compliance related responsibilities
∎ Must have good verbal and written skill in English & Bengali
∎ Must be able to handle all types of factory Audit relating to compliance
∎ Must be capable to handle labour crisis situation
∎ Must be able to manage attendance system
∎ Must be able to manage the Security & Fire Fighting of the factory
∎ Must stay at Narayanganj from the day of joining
