Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
∎ Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
∎ Conduct employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
∎ Plan and execute employee engagement programs, events, and surveys.
∎ Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and provide appropriate resolutions.
∎ Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
∎ Assist in implementing and monitoring performance appraisal systems.
∎ Support managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and identifying development opportunities.
∎ Analyze performance data to recommend training and development initiatives.
∎ Identify training needs in collaboration with team leaders and implement learning programs.
∎ Coordinate internal and external training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness.
∎ Oversee HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and employee records.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ Provide input on HR process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
∎ Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
