Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.

  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.

  • Create a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee well-being and satisfaction.

  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.

  • Identify training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with relevant labor laws and regulations.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to make informed decisions and identify trends.

  • Develop and review Job Description and Organogram as per requirement.

  • Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR paper works in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner.

  • Prepare different drafts, reports, letters as directed by the supervisor.

  • Assist in HR Policy preparation and execution.

  • Assist in Confirmation and Resignation Management.

  • Coordinate Employee Induction, Meeting, Workshop, Training and any other events.

  • Plan & conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards Company.

  • Any Other Activities as and when required by the Management.
