Additional Requirements:
  • Age 26 to 30 years
  • Proficiency in digital tools, CANVA and MS Office Suite.

  • Better knowledge of social media like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bangla.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and other digital communication tools.

  • Flexibility to travel and work occasionally evenings and weekends as needed.

  • Work under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement strategies to effectively engage UWC alumni.

  • Coordinate Alumni events, reunions, and networking opportunities both locally and globally.

  • Coordinating and communicating with the Alumni through various channels, including email newsletters, social media, and online platforms.

  • Maintain regular contact with the cohorts, talk to them patiently, and prepare reports.

  • Social media and online platform handling, content generation in Canva and posting according to the schedule.

  • Assist the Administrator in the facilitation and review of applications.

  • Communicate/engage with other internal departments.

  • Assist the Administrator in coordinating/monitoring actual events.

  • Informing/engaging/communicating with the UWC Alumni community for record-keeping purposes.

  • Assisting in the facilitation, administration and planning of, the selection timetable for the year.

  • Administrative tasks related to UWC activities.

  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism when dealing with all applicants, alumni, their parents and EC/NC and maintaining a high level of confidentiality on all matters and applications.

  • Acting with honesty and integrity in all dealings with internal and external parties and issues.

  • Fostering a team environment and demonstrating mutual respect for all team members.
