Job Context:
∎ A reputed export based Knit Composite Garments Factory located near Mawna, Gazipur is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Manager (Quality).
∎ The factory is having around 2500 functional sewing machines.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible to ensure quality of knit garment products (of a specific garments Unit consisting 400 Machines) in every steps of production from cutting to packing and shipment.
∎ He should be able to find out faults in the garment making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality norms in such a way that rejections of the garments are minimized.
∎ The selected candidate have to Plan and handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quantity of quality products.
∎ The candidate should have thorough hands on experience to lead, train and motivate his team members to ensure right quality products at all times.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidates should have minimum 10 yrs. of experience in the quality department in Knit Garment Industry, out of which 3 yrs in Manager position.
∎ Candidates should be able to establish quality parameters in the department
∎ He should have the knowledge to ensure quality on each manufacturing process of garments i.e. from cutting to packing.
∎ He should have strong personality & proven leadership skills
∎ The candidate should be sincere, self-motivated, dynamic & result oriented
∎ Candidates residing in the adjacent area of Gazipur are highly encouraged to apply
