Job Context:
∎ A renowned Group of Companies of the Country is looking for potential candidate as Manager ( Garments Quality) for its 100 % export oriented Knit Composite Garments Factory located near Mawna, Gazipur.
∎ Job location for the position is Mawna, Gazipur, Factory Office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to ensure quality of knit garments products in every steps of production from cutting to packing. He should be able to find out faults in the garment making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality norms in such a way that rejections of the garments are minimized. Major job responsibilities of the position are as follows:
∎ Making plan for quality assurance of the factory to ensure that quality of the garments delivered to the buyers are in line with their requirement.
∎ Assuring the Quality of Knitted Garments from Production till finished Products.
∎ Getting successful inspection done at various stages of Production & ensure timely shipment
∎ Supervising and Guiding Quality Team to achieve Quality Targets.
∎ Make sure that the quality personnel are aware of the quality requirement of the particular buyers and train them to maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes.
∎ Plan and handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate should have minimum 7 yrs of experience in the quality department in Knit Garment Industry, out of which 2 yrs in managerial position.
∎ Candidate should be able to establish quality parameters in the department
∎ He should have the knowledge to ensure quality on each manufacturing process of garments i.e. from cutting to packing.
